1. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Opened or used IPL devices cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for an exchange.
