Terms & Conditions For 7 Days Money Back Refund or Return Warranty

• Date of delivery and warranty claim must be within 7 days after delivery.
• The product has power issues, flashes not working, or is completely broken.
• Box should be in original condition.
• If your device is faulty within warranty, free replacement is possible with customer consent.
• If you return the device within 7 days without any fault or due to change of mind, 30% fee will be deducted on Hair Laser Removal Device total order amount.
• Follow the refund or replacement process terms mentioned at the end of this page.

Important Terms & Conditions for Replacement & Money Back Warranty

1. (a) Any claim stating the device could not reduce or remove hair in less than a month will not be entertained.
   The device must be used for at least two months continuously to achieve results for medical reasons.
2. (b) If the box is damaged by the client, an additional 5% deduction will be applied.
3. (c) After the first free replacement, customers will be charged a percentage of the total amount for any second replacement, based on the warranty period.

Precautions / Disclaimer

• If you have a skin allergy on any part of the body, avoid using the device until the skin heals. Do not use on acne-affected areas.
• We recommend using moisturizers or aloe vera gel after each session, waiting at least 15 minutes before application.
• During pregnancy, avoid using on the belly and other sensitive parts.
• Begin with lower intensity levels to ensure safe usage and avoid burns. Increase the intensity only if your skin shows no signs of irritation.
  Use the first two weeks as a testing phase to monitor your skin’s response.
